No dispatch fee and no trip charge. We call or text before we head your way, and we find out what is actually wrong before anyone talks about money.
For the whole project, on the spot. If the job takes longer than we planned, the price does not change. If there is more than one way to fix it, you hear all of them, including the cheaper one.
Nothing happens until you have agreed to it. We clean up before we leave.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you charge a dispatch fee or a trip charge?
No. There is no dispatch fee, no trip charge and no charge for the estimate. Some companies in this area charge to come out and look, or bury a diagnostic fee. We do not.
Will I know when you are coming?
Yes. We call or text before we head your way, so you are not sitting at home guessing. If something on the job before yours runs long, you hear about it from us rather than finding out when nobody turns up.
How does your pricing work?
We are a flat rate company. We come out and look at the job, then give you one price for the whole project in writing, before anything is taken apart. You approve it and that is what you pay, even if the job takes us longer than we planned. We do not publish prices online because the same job is genuinely not the same price in every house.
Are you available for emergencies?
Our hours are Mon–Sat 7:00am – 7:00pm. If you have a burst pipe or an active leak outside those hours, call and leave a message. We return emergency calls as fast as we can get to them.
What areas do you cover?
Gwinnett, Walton, Barrow, DeKalb, Fulton, Forsyth and Cobb County. If you are close to one of these counties, call and ask.
What is guaranteed?
Every job is backed by a lifetime workmanship warranty. Main lines we camera-inspect are additionally covered for 12 months, and drains we clear for 90 days. Any condition that limits or voids the warranty is explained upfront, and the warranty is written on your invoice.
Is there anything you do not do?
Pool plumbing, septic work, bathroom remodels, irrigation, sheetrock repair and flooring repair. We will replace fixtures, valves and supply lines, but we are not a remodeling contractor.
